Our large network aims to deliver your orders in a quick, secure way and takes about 4 – 5 days to deliver them to you.
To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered.
Shipping is available in all locations across India. We offer free shipping on all orders in India.
All shipping will be carried out by our Courier Partner – Delhivery. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with all of the partners. All refunds will also be carried out through the same payment gateway.
Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is complete, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time, you can raise your concern at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
Payment of your order is accepted through Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment (Credit cards and Net Banking and Debit Cards). COD charges are Rs. 100.
If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at email@example.com.
Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a screenshot of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our return/refund/exchange process is as simple as ordering a Muwin. All you have to do is raise a return request within 7 days of delivery, you can initiate a return request by going to the My Orders section of your profile. Make sure the t-shirt is in the same condition as you received it with the tags intact.
