SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Our large network aims to deliver your orders in a quick secure way and takes about 3 – 4 days to deliver them to you.
To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered.
Shipping is available in all locations across India.
All shipping will be carried out by our Courier Partner Delhivery. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with all of the partners. All refunds will also be carried out through the same payment gateway.
Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is complete, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, you can raise the complaint at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
Payment of your order is accepted through Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment (Credit cards and Net banking). COD charges are Rs. 50.
If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at email@example.com
Once the complaint is raised, please send us a screenshot of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on firstname.lastname@example.org We will get back to you within 24 hours of the complaint raised. The order will be checked for damage and once approved, the exchange process will be initiated and we will send you a confirmation on the same on your registered email address. The new order will be delivered to your address within 7 days of the confirmation.
- Your exchange/return product will be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- If the product is damaged
- If the product is defected
- If there is an issue with the sizing
Please Note: Items cannot be returned/exchanged on grounds of colour as the colour may vary depending on the screen. All items that are being returned must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. The returned item should have the label and the receipt intact, just like it was sent to you.
