You can track your order with the tracking id attached in your order confirmation email. For further assistance on tracking your order reach out to our customer care on inquiry@muwin.com

Once your order is confirmed you cannot change your order. However, when your order is delivered and you can initiate an exchange/ return based on your issues with your purchase.

  • If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product through mail on inquiry@muwin.com 

Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a screenshot of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage. 

You can pay online through Paytm, Debit Card, Credit Card or you can opt for paying through cash on delivery. 

We appreciate your patience and we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
Refunds can take upto 7-14 days after the product has reached our warehouse. Refund is initiated after due inspection of the condition of the product.
